How do I order & pay ? We offer secure online credit card facilities to all customers who wish to order online with their credit cards. To help prevent fraud goods ordered on our site are only sent to the card holders billing address. As we specialise in Corporate and Trade sales you are also able to place your official order online subject to status. When selecting your payment method simply select Purchase Order/Official Order and we will send your order on account and you can pay via an invoice.
Official Orders and Purchase Orders We accept official orders and purchase orders from goverment bodies and account customers by fax on 0208 507 9900. You can also call sales free and place your order 0n 0800 056 0462.
When will my goods be delivered ? We aim to provide all customers with their orders within the shortest possible period. Typically all orders are despatched and received within 3-5 working days. More technical products can take longer to arrive. We do have a range of specialist products such as Body Armour which can take 8-10 weeks for delivery.
Next Day Delivery Service Please call sales on 0800 056 0462 to see if the product your require is available on a next day delivery service. To guarantee a next day service you must request this service and place your order by phone before 2.30pm. This service is subject to a next day delivery charge.
If I have a problem what should I do ? We aim to provide all customers with a speedy delivery but should you have a problem you can contact us in a number of ways. To track your order use our track and trace service at the bottom right of every page on this site. Delivery problems can be emailed to us at email@example.com
How will I receive my goods ? All goods are sent either via a courier service or recorded post and will require a signature at the time of delivery. If you are out when delivery is attempted and you are unable to collect the goods from us, you may have to pay for a re-delivery.
